- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with long-term organizational vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product development and investment strategies
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and future literacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills influencing executive decision-making across global teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
