- Build scenario models for disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Present trend insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Publish thought leadership in futurism and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published author in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
