Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead innovation labs using design thinking, AI-driven forecasting, and speculative design methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content on emerging paradigms
- Establish horizon scanning frameworks and trend intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
