Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present future scenario frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable transformation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready capabilities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through proprietary trend intelligence platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with data-driven insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
