Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop and present executive-ready future-state scenarios using proprietary Horizon Foresight Framework
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Establish and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into product development roadmaps and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of future-readiness through internal workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against evolving future landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic foresight projects
- Experience working with global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
