Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for C-suite executives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems to identify disruptive signals across 15+ industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions with 3-5 year market viability
- Present strategic futures at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed foresight journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism role
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi, STEEP, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published work in future studies or demonstrated thought leadership in innovation ecosystems
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
