Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech landscapes
- Build an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
