Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic trends to develop strategic foresight for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough ideas and solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future scenarios framework for long-term planning
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes and disruptor threats
- Build and nurture relationships with futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
