Responsibilities

- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in product development
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness across departments
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable outcomes
