Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast technological disruptions and societal trends
- Design scenario-planning models for emerging markets and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
- Manage horizon scanning processes across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience developing patent-pending innovation frameworks
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Prior experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
