Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends reshaping 2026+ industries
- Develop future-proof innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market disruption vectors
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for technological convergence (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive forces and strategic implications
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems bridging academia, startups, and enterprise
- Drive patent strategy for next-generation technologies and IP monetization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation management, strategic foresight, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities

- Experience with Horizon Scanning and Delphi methodologies
