Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Establish metrics for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
