Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews and global stakeholder workshops
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
- Author white papers on AI-human symbiosis and climate-positive technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or Big Tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI implementation
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps at scale
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
