Responsibilities

- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
