- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify market disruption vectors and recommend agile response strategies
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product development and business transformation initiatives
- Present compelling future narratives to investors and partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
