- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready frameworks into development lifecycles
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Represent company at global tech forums and academic symposia on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum applications, or bio-digital convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
