Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry implications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives using foresight methodologies
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats through trend analysis
- Design strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and future-state visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on innovation adoption and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state strategy implementations
