- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and investor committees
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to validate innovation concepts through rapid prototyping
- Author annual Horizon Report synthesifying 50+ emerging technologies and their commercial implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level storytelling abilities
