- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to validate and accelerate emerging technology adoption cycles
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Champion ethical innovation principles in technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
