Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Manage R&D portfolio allocation for next-gen commercialization pipelines
- Represent company at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in technology, futurism, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
