Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and business models
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on technological adoption risks and opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, Foresight Practitioner)
