Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight methodologies into development lifecycles
- Monitor exponential technologies (synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing) for market disruption potential
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and future-state simulations for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
