Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market shifts and customer evolution
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
