Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to co-create future solutions
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market entries
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence for C-suite presentations
- Published author in foresight publications or frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis methodologies
