As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, society, and markets. Your insights will directly shape our product development, investment decisions, and corporate positioning in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions aligned with future market needs
- Develop quantitative foresight models using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
