Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and lead innovation workshops with stakeholders across R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market shifts and disruptions
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on future technology adoption
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups in frontier tech
- Build and manage a future-tech ecosystem including academic partnerships and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact in tech or consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and adoption lifecycle models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of developing future roadmaps that drove measurable business outcomes
- Advanced degree in technology, business, futures studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
