Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead immersive innovation workshops with executive teams to co-create future-ready strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product roadmaps for tech and manufacturing clients
- Advect board-level decisions on emerging risks and opportunities in next-generation markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks in peer-reviewed publications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops for C-suite audiences globally
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
