Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and societal shifts to develop 5-year strategic forecasts for 2026
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Develop competitive advantage strategies through patent analysis and emerging market opportunity identification
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leader in technology futurism (portfolio required)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFrA preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption strategies
