Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize emerging market opportunities with 5+ year horizon impact
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using exponential technologies
- Author thought leadership on industry disruption and future trends
- Build strategic alliances with research institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research on emerging tech or future trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major innovation initiatives brought to market
