Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects and thought leadership
