Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership publications and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups in exponential tech domains
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior innovation analysts in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight for Fortune 500 companies or tech unicorns
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published research in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
