Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market testing with KPI-driven frameworks
- Coordinate with R&D labs to accelerate prototype-to-production cycles
- Author thought leadership content on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech strategy publications
