Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to map 5-year innovation horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum ML)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
