Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investment and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Create scenario planning models for potential futures (2025-2030) with actionable mitigation strategies
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation initiatives at the intersection of emerging tech and human-centric design
- Maintain a competitive intelligence dashboard tracking emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D with proven futures planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
