- Anticipate and analyze global trends, technological disruptions, and market shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026-viable solutions
- Author annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership on future strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning initiatives
