Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Design strategic blueprints for integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic partners to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Mastery of trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V, weak signal detection)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex scenarios to executive audiences
