Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to develop strategic 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans and investment recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future trends and strategic imperatives
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
