Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes through data-driven analysis
- Advise C-suite on long-term technology adoption risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional innovation projects
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
