Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future technologies
- Advise product development teams on long-term innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CSO)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 C-suite leadership teams
