Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technology trends through horizon scanning, data modeling, and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Quantify market impacts and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Portfolio published in futurist publications or industry journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
