Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 innovation frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive models for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Translate foresight research into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI preferred)
- Experience leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation projects with global impact
