Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Author visionary thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI projections for futuristic initiatives
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience leading global innovation teams with diverse technical expertise
