As a key member of our Global Futures Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and industry disruptors to identify emerging paradigms, develop long-term roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in realizing next-generation solutions. Your work will directly shape our product ecosystem and market positioning for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal megatrends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and translate insights into strategic initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk/opportunity analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Oversee the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for disruptive innovations
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning
- Published research or patents in innovation or futures fields
- Experience scaling global innovation teams in tech environments
