- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to validate futuristic concepts and ensure resource allocation for high-potential initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI integration across all business units.
- Present visionary proposals to stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investments in futuristic technologies.
- Mentor a team of strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful roadmaps for complex, futuristic projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
