Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in next-generation AI paradigms for 2026 implementation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with 95%+ acceptance rate
- Mentor PhD candidates in interdisciplinary AI-human symbiosis projects
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Present findings at Davos and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with focus on quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- 5+ years experience publishing top-tier AI research (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and IBM Quantum Experience
- Proven track record in ethical AI design and bias mitigation
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Patents in at least two of: neural-symbolic AI, quantum ML, or AGI safety
- Experience securing government grants >$2M
