Role Overview:
As the Futurist AI Lead, you will be the primary technical architect for Project 2026. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems, ensuring our AI solutions are ethical, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead AI Infrastructure: Design and oversee the deployment of next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and full-stack developers.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, AGI safety) and integrate them into our architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Optimization & Scale: Drive performance improvements, ensuring systems are robust at scale and cost-efficient.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous governance frameworks to ensure AI safety and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think several steps ahead and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
