Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to integrate emerging technologies into core product offerings
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence across 15+ emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation labs globally
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for technological disruption and market evolution
- Mentor senior leadership team on emerging technology trends and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or executive innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Web3, Biotech, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals across R&D and business units
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite executives and boards
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
