Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen AI/ML frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech interfaces)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-vision technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling enterprise AI/quantum initiatives
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future-tech topics
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Experience with scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
