- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and pilot programs to validate future tech concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-state concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities and threats that could impact our market position by 2026 and beyond.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with HR to identify and recruit top-tier talent in niche future-tech domains.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
