Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership

- Experience with technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
